Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours?

Check in and check out times need to be pre-arranged. You can drop off and collect your cat(s) within the time frame agreed upon. If your plans change that’s no problem, but please let us know ahead of time.

What should I bring for my cat’s stay?

We provide food, bedding, litter boxes, and food & water bowls for all cats. However, feel free to bring along whatever your cat needs to feel most at home! Sometimes a familiar bed or blanket is best to remind them of home. If your cat is taking medication or if he/she has any dietary requirements, please bring the relevant medication and food with you.

How do I know my cat will be safe?

We take every precaution to ensure your cat’s safety, with secure enclosures, and 24/7 monitoring. Each cat household has its own private pod, so they don’t interact with other cats.

Will my cat be allowed to interact with other cats?

No, each household will have its own private pod. If you have multiple cats in one household, they will stay together in the same pod, but they will not interact with any cats outside of their household. This ensures your cats can enjoy a peaceful and stress-free stay without contact with other cats.

How often will my cat be fed?

Cats are fed twice a day, with fresh water available at all times. If your cat has specific dietary needs, let us know in advance.

Does my cat have access to the outdoors?

Yes, your cat can have access to an enclosed outdoor pod if it’s ok with you. Each cat has access to both an indoor and outdoor pod during daytime hours. They can roam freely between the two, but the outdoor area is enclosed, secure and only accessible through a cat door. We lock the cat door at night so the cat’s are safely indoors all night.

What if my cat needs medication during their stay?

We can administer medications, but please provide clear instructions and any necessary supplies when you drop off your cat.

Is there a discount for additional cats?

Yes. Per night:

1 cat for 12

2 cats for 20

3 cats for 24

4 cats for 26

Can I visit before I book a stay?

Yes, you can schedule a visit to see our cattery. By appointment only :)

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by texting via WhatsApp or sms, calling, or emailing. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Can I check on my cat while they’re staying with you?

We will send daily photo and video updates through WhatsApp or Text! We understand how difficult it can be to be away from your furry friends, and are more than happy to send updates.

What happens if my cat gets sick while staying with you or if there is an emergency?

If your cat becomes ill during their stay or if there is an emergency, we have a trusted veterinary clinic nearby. We will contact you immediately and take the necessary steps to ensure they receive proper veterinary care.
